Rolls
There are many types of rolls. You can do rolls with your elbows, arms, neck, waist, and even mouth. The simplest rolls are a single elbow roll and a single arm roll. For a single elbow roll, hold the baton off-center. Push the baton against the upper part of your elbow. It should roll over. Do the same for the arm roll except instead of rolling it on your elbow, roll it on a straight arm that is out in front of you.

The Basics
There are basic staple moves in baton that everything else builds off of. The first is called a thumb toss. This is where the baton rolls over your thumb while you jerk your wrist upwards. Doing this sends the baton into the air. You have just done a thumb toss:) continue checking the site for future posts. Please comment!!!
